- How do I participate in the 2025 PFS All Team Meeting?
The PFS Team Meeting will be offered only in-person this year. - What is the dress code?
Friday casual is the preferred dress code for this event. - What do I need to bring to the meeting?
For ATM, you will only need a notebook and a pen. - Do I need to reserve a desk on Envoy while we are working in office?
Yes, all employees must reserve a desk through the Envoy while working from OPD. Reservations can be made starting two weeks prior to the ATM. The link will be sent out closer to the date. - I am traveling in and will need a hotel room, what nights will PFS cover?
PFS will cover 2 nights for the ATM: Sunday, October 26 and Monday, October 27. Any additional nights beyond that, you will be responsible for. Please email Aubrey Tran at atran@helmsbriscoe.com. Remote LT employees will extend their travel and checkout on Wednesday, October 29. - Do I need to provide a credit card or debit card when checking in to the hotel?
Yes, a method of payment is required at check in for incidentals only. If a debit card is used, the hotel will place a hold on the card at a rate of $100 per stay up to four (4) nights. Please contact your manager if there are questions or concerns. - Am I required to attend the All Team Celebration?
Attending the All Team Celebration is optional. You will be able to submit your preference during the registration process. - Can I bring my significant other or friend to the All Team Celebration?
This event is open to PFS employees, contractors, consultants, and interns only. - Will food & refreshments be provided during the Department Meetings & All Team Meeting?

Please note any dietary requirements when you register, and we will be happy to accommodate these requests. - Will alcohol be served during the dinner events?
Yes, alcohol will be served during the dinner event. You must be 21 or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. - If I'm a local employee, can I use Rideshare on Monday, October 27 and will I be reimbursed?
Yes. Local attendees are welcome to take UBER/LYFT on Monday, October 27 and expense the cost to your Department cost center. - I can no longer attend the All Team Meeting. Whom should I contact?

No, headshots are not available this year.
Please bring your Halloween costume with you to OPD. There will be enough time to change into your costume after ATM concludes, before the All Team Halloween Celebration.
